Earth Fiber Micro Silica is composed of sub-micron amorphous silicon dioxide (SiO2 > 90%) collected during silicon and ferrosilicon production. It reacts with calcium hydroxide liberated during cement hydration to form dense secondary C-S-H gel, filling microscopic capillary voids and dramatically enhancing compressive strength, chemical impermeability, and corrosion resistance.
